Beginner Powerlifting Program
The program is designed to improve your strength and technique in the powerlifting movements.
By training each movement 3x a week, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to get familiar and optimize your technique. You have an optional 4th day only for bodybuilding training, in case you enjoy this style of training. A spreadsheet is linked so that you can keep track of your training.
As a beginner, you'll see an increase in your performances for some weeks, till you need some optimization to be able to continue making progress.
